Fractional ownership in Cornwall provides: • Our fractional properties are newly renovated, refurbished and upgraded to the highest standard.  A calendar which revolves every year meaning on an 1/6^th share (8 weeks) you are guaranteed two weeks of your holiday homes availability in every  season.  15 year exit plan to the open market. After 15  years the property will be sold on the open  market. The revenue from the sale will be  divided up and returned to the stakeholders.  The expectation is that the sale will return at  least the original investment to each fractional owner, whilst they have  enjoyed 15 years of holidaying!  Each fractional holiday home will be help by the First National Trust  Company as the securing partner.  Fractional ownership at Atlantic Reach and Honicombe Manor qualifies for holiday our exchange programme which means any of your weeks can be  exchanged for a weeks holiday in your choice of over 4,500 resorts  worldwide.  The annual service charge (please see property particulars) includes a  sinking fund. This covers annual maintenance and a total refurbishment  program meaning the properties are maintained in tip top condition and  ready for sale at the end of the 15 years for maximum value. The service  charge can also be reduced to zero (excluding the sinking fund) by  exchanging half of your fraction back to us each year.  The only other cost involved is the Electricity consumed within your weeks.
